Andre B. Small has a B. A. in Political Science received from Norfolk State University,Virginia Department of Education Early Childhood Certification and is a licensed minister with the Church of God In Christ. He currently serves as Music Director for the St. Thomas AME Zion Church and Organist for the Historic First Baptist Church in Norfolk, VA.
He is married to the former Natasha A. Williams.
